My fiance ordered a pizza that took an hour to get to our house. When it finally arrived, it was cold. I sent it back and called the restaurant and was told another one will arrive promptly. When it did arrive, it was severely damaged--all of the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box. The delivery boy ran off leaving us with a trash that was not edible. What's worst--the restaurant would not answer the phone. It was as if they knew it was us calling. I immediately called my bank to contest the charges and I will be reporting this "gem" to the BBB and file a formal complaint. I am just sick of poor service and businesses that think they can get away with it.
