What is FriendsEAT?
FriendsEAT is a place for foodies to share their thoughts on food, restaurants, cooking and most importantly a place to connect and make friends. FriendsEAT allows you to keep track of your favorite restaurants, recipes, events and friends.

What can I do on FriendsEAT?
You can write reviews of your favorite restaurants and recipes. You can write blogs and discuss stuff on our forums. You can write and share recipes. You can look up events in your areas and most importantly, you can make friends.

What areas does FriendsEAT cover?
Since people all over the world have to eat, we are an international website. Here is a list of the areas that we cover as of right now: Argentina Australia Brazil Canada China Colombia France Germany Hungary India Indonesia Italy Mexico New Zealand Puerto Rico Singapore South Africa Turkey United Kingdom USA US Virgin Islands We would like to become truly international and welcome everyone to join the site. How can I give you guys some feedback, comments, ideas, or presents?

Why do you need to verify my email address?
To make sure that the email address you provided to us is both valid and belongs to you.

Why should I give you my cellie?
By giving us your mobile number we can recognize you when you request an SMS for information.

Why should I give you my address?
Just in case you win a prize, we know where to send it. Also, you can set certain locations so that the computer can customize the search just for you.

How do I cancel my membership with FriendsEAT?
You can cancel your membership at any time by sending us an email at us@friendsEAT.com.

Can I make reservations on the site?
Absolutely, we are partnered with OpenTables, so when you see the "reserve a table" button, click it and get ready to eat.

What does I am a Fan mean?
Ever went to that spot that excited you so much you had to go back again and again and again? Or that recipe you make when you have guest over and they balk, "It's delicious, but you made this last week for us." This means you are a fan. And being a fan means you can scream to the world that this is best of the best. Become fans of places, recipes, and users on the site. Tell the world, " I am a FAN!"

How do I correct my restaurant's information?
Sorry we goofed, we are an open social network that allows all our members to add stuff like their favorite restaurants. Sometimes info gets put in wrong. Just send us a note at us@friendsEAT.com and type "fix my restaurant's info darn it" on the subject line. That will get our attention.

How do I add my restaurant?
First, join the site (Check out the top left hand corner of our page). Once you are a member, log in and search for your restaurant. You will then be prompted to add the restaurant. Click the hyperlink and follow the steps; it's pretty easy from there.
